The Catch of the Day at Penberth Cove

Along the coast of Cornwall England lies a picturesque fishing village, or hamlet, called Penberth Cove.  I have been in the English countryside a couple of times, but haven’t encountered such a beauty as this.  I would love to have stepped back in time and been there when the fishing boats came in for the day.  To see what the fishermen were able to reel in, to see the storms crashing into the seaside cliffs, and to see families gathering at the end of the day to greet their hero’s, would have been a sight for anyone’s eyes. I love to daydream about such experiences and even though it is not a booming fishing village today as in past history, it is still enlightening to know that there are those to are following in their family traditional occupations, and are still going out in their boats dotted with the traditional blues and whites and fishing for “The Catch of the Day at Penberth Cove”. Doesn’t it look like a postcard?
